Our Men’s Section is currently registered with 2 bowling associations, these being Bowls Dorset and the Bournemouth & District leagues playing against clubs in both Dorset and Hampshire. Our season runs from April to September whereby we are currently involved in the following leagues.

Bournemouth & District League

We currently have two teams in the Saturday morning triples, which is ideal for couples or new bowlers. This league commences at 10:00 AM. 

 

We also have two teams in the Saturday afternoon league for more experienced bowlers, with a start time of 2:00 PM.

 

Additionally, we have two teams in the Tuesday Evening triples for individuals who still work during the day, with a start time of 6:00 PM.

Bowls Dorset League

We currently have two teams participating in the Monday evening league, which covers the entire county of Dorset.  This league commences at 6:00 PM, making it an ideal option for those who still work during the day.

 

We also have two teams in the over 60s league, with matches starting at 10:30 AM on a Thursday. This provides an excellent opportunity to commence the morning with a game of bowls with friends.

Internal Leagues, Club Competitions, and Friendlies Against Touring Clubs

We cater to bowlers of all skill levels, from beginners to seniors, through internal leagues, club competitions, and friendly matches against touring clubs.
